A 75-year-old man going the wrong way on Interstate 90 early Thursday was killed when he collided with another car, according to Cleveland police.
Around 4 a.m., the vehicles collided on I-90 eastbound between West 41st and West 44th streets.
I-90 eastbound was closed for about an hour.
The driver was identified as William Lee McNabb Sr. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, a 43-year-old man, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for a broken left clavicle and a broken right wrist.

Traffic was being diverted off the highway at West 44th street.
