AKRON, Ohio — A body was found floating in a canal in Akron Saturday morning.
Very few details about the incident have been released.
According to the Akron Fire Department, the body was found in the canal near the 800 block of West Bowery Street just after 9:30 a.m. The body was found by kayakers.
Authorities didn't say how long they believe the body was in the water for. The identity of the body has not been released.
