Police continue to investigate the death of 32-year-old, Brandi Chill. Officers found her body October 8, in a driveway in the 10000 Block of Drexel.

According to police, a passerby saw the victim and called 911.

I’m praying. I’ve got a lot of people praying,” said Andrea Craggett. “I was called by the detective’s yesterday afternoon. He’s like my kid.”

Craggett, Brandi’s aunt, said Brandi initially known as Brandon Bledsoe, began transitioning gender a little more than a year ago.

“We adjusted and I tried to understand as best I could. I loved him,” said Craggett. “Nobody deserves to be hurt, least of all, my baby. Never thought I’d be sitting here. This is what I see on the news.

Police continue to search for information in this case.
