An accused serial bank robber was arrested at Cleveland City Hall Friday afternoon.
Mark Anthony Lloyd was arrested after he walked into city hall and requested to apply for a duplicate birth certificate, according to an FBI news release.
Officers saw Lloyd had a gun tattoo under his eye and recognized him as the person accused in the two bank robberies that occurred on West 25th.
Arrest warrants were issued for Lloyd, 31, in regards to the Jan. 30 bank robbery of the Ohio Savings Bank and the Feb. 13 robbery at PNC Bank.
Charges are expected to be filed later.
