Cleveland police are investigating a homicide after a 21-year-old man was shot and killed Monday night.
The fatal shooting happened on E. 123 Street near Phillips.
A second shooting happened on the same street near Arlington. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the leg there.
No word on whether or not these two shootings are related.
