A Madison man is charged has been charged after taking photos of an 18-month-old girl while raping her.
According to court documents, on or between May 17 and June 1 Jake Tyler Baker, raped the toddler while babysitting her. He then took cell phone photos of the act, which the child's mother later found.
Baker was charged with one count of rape, two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of gross sexual imposition.
