CLEVELAND — Even though All-Star Week has come to an end, Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor left some fans with lasting memories and new, improved smiles.

During the All-Star festivities, Lindor held a meet and greet with fans at the SmileDirectClub bus on East Prospect Avenue.

The fans, some of whom had been lined up to meet the four-time All-Star since 6 a.m., got their photos taken with Lindor and had him sign memorabilia. They weren’t just left with a memory of meeting a Cleveland Indian, they also went home with brighter smiles.

SmileDirectClub provided a free professional teeth whitening station for the fans to achieve a more confident smile after meeting “Mr. Smile.”

Ricardo Ortiz and his son Jovié were incredibly happy to a part of the meet and greet.

“It was really cool,” Ricardo said about the experience. “He’s from Puerto Rico and that’s where we’re from. He was just really cool.”

Fittingly, Jovié was all smiles as he showed off his favorite part of the meet and greet—his autographed “Puerto Rico” baseball cap.

The photos and autographs definitely made the fans happy, but the unique parts of this particular meet and greet were the opportunities for dental care it provided the fans.

SmileDirectClub staff provided attendees with free 3D digital images of their teeth, a complimentary professional whitening kit and a discount on clear aligners that straighten teeth without the need for traditional braces.

“How awesome is this,” one woman said while at the professional whitening station. “First I meet Frankie [Lindor], then I get free teeth whitening?!”

Lindor previously said he believes a confident smile is an important part in everyone's lives, and he gave that and more to his fans during All-Star Week. Even though the festivities are over, Lindor left his fans with great memories, new memorabilia and brighter, whiter smiles.
