CLEVELAND — Major League Baseball has temporarily closed the outdoor portion of Play Ball Park due to inclement weather. Guests have been ushered away from the interactive baseball festival.
Play Ball Park is the main fan experience for the All-Star Game. Tens of thousands are expected to attend in celebration of the Midsummer Classic, which will be played on Tuesday.
The event’s indoor area, which is at the Huntington Convention Center, remains open.
Officials have not said how long the park will remain closed or if this will affect tonight's Twenty One Pilots concert.
We'll update as we learn more.
