CLEVELAND — Fish fry season is upon us, although it may look a little different this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
We asked News 5 viewers about their favorite fish fries across Northeast Ohio, and these are the ones they suggested:
1.) Prosperity Social Club: 1109 Starkweather Ave., Cleveland. (216)-937-1938
Coined as "Its Gotta Haddock" Lenten Fish Fry, Prosperity Social Club is offering a fish fry from Friday, Feb. 19 to Friday, April 2. The kitchen is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
2.) St. Charles Fish Fry: 7107 Wilbur Ave., Parma. (440)-884-3030
For only $11, you can get either two pieces of fried fish, three pieces of baked fish, 12 shrimp, or six pierogies, with a side of fries, cabbage, and noodles or green beans and coleslaw or applesauce. This fish fry is takeout only. Their fish fry will be held from Feb. 19 until April 2 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Dinners are $12 for adults and $12 for seniors. This fish fry is takeout only. It will be held from Feb. 19 until March 26 from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.
4.) St. Thomas: 719 Harris Road, Sheffield Lake. (440)-949-8491
The parish is kicking off 2021's fish fry season by offering a brand new Walleye dinner special. The fish fry will take place every Friday from Feb. 19 until March 26.

To be COVID-19 friendly, the parish is making their fish fry carryout only. The fish fry will be held every Friday from Feb. 19 until March 26 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Choose between walleye, butterfly shrimp, salmon, and perch for your dinner. Place your order by 5 p.m. the Thursday before the fish fry and pick it up! For more information, click here.
7.) St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church: 7700 Hoertz Road, Parma. (440)-843-9149
Their fish fry might be takeout only, but they offer five different options for you to try. They will be held Fridays from Feb. 19 until March 26 from 5 to 7 p.m.
8.) Assumption Parish: 9183 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights. (440)-546-9552
PICK UP ONLY. Place an order online. Fridays from Feb. 19 until March 26 from 4 to 9 p.m.
9.) Betts Restaurant: 2000 East 9th St., Cleveland. (216)-357-2680
Betts is making their fish fry available to everyone by offering a gluten-free menu. Their fish fry will be held every Friday from Feb. 19 until April 2.
10.) Pierogies of Cleveland: 4131 West Streetsboro Road, Richfield. (330)-659-4309
For $12 you can get either a battered cod platter or a lobster pierogi plate. Their fish fry will be every Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
11.) St. Andrew Eastern Orthodox Church: 16029 Maple Park Drive, Maple Heights. (216)-475-9365
Their fish fry will offer crispy cod with either pierogies or french fries. They will be held every Friday from Feb. 19 until April 16 from 5 to7 p.m.
12.) St. Mary's: 206 Cherry Road NE, Massillon. (330)-832-9355
For $10, you can get fried fish, a baked potato, green beans, a roll with butter, coleslaw, applesauce, and dessert. The fish fries will happen every Friday until March 25 from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

You can choose between beer-battered cod and breaded Lake Erie perch sliders. Their fish fries will be held every Friday until April 2 from 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m.

You can choose between baked tilapia almondine, baked seasoned cod, fried battered fish, fried breaded shrimp, or pierogi. Their fish fries will be held every Friday until March 26 from 4:30-7 p.m.

Pokrova offers multiple choices in fish and all dinners include bread, butter, and borscht. They will be every Friday until April 2 from 4 to 7 p.m.

This fish fry is takeout only due to the coronavirus pandemic. They will be held every Friday until April 2 from 4 to 8 p.m.

This fish fry is carry-out only, but you are able to order ahead of time. It runs every Friday until March 26 from 3-6:30 p.m.

You can choose between baked cod or fried cod for $10. Their fish fry is takeout only and runs every Friday until March 26 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Their fish fry has everything from a full seafood dinner to pierogi and more. Their drive-thru fish fry will take place every Friday until March 26 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

For $15, you can choose between the perch, haddock, or shrimp dinner. This drive-thru fish fry will be held from 5-7:30 p.m. on Fridays.

Their fish fry has specials for seniors and children. It will be held every Friday until April 2 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
24.) Lorain Columbian Club: 4720 Oberlin Ave., Lorain. (440)-282-5921.
You can dine in, carry out, or drive-thru pick up at this fish fry. Their fish fries are held every Friday during Lent.
NO FISH FRY IN 2021
- Sts. Constantine and Helen in Cleveland Heights will not be hosting a fish fry this year due to the pandemic.
