Cleveland Boat Show and Fishing Expo starts Thursday

CLEVELAND — The boat show is sailing into to Cleveland this week.

There will be more than 400 new boats at the show.

Boats that have never been seen before will also make their debut, including a self-propelled Hobie Pro Angler.

The show will also feature smaller watercraft including kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis.

The event is family friendly and will have a "Kids Zone" where children can build a mini boat, indulge in fishing activities and watch live entertainment.

Free scuba lessons will be provided at the sailing exhibit.

The show will take place Thursday from noon until 9 p.m., Friday from noon until 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
