It's the last hurrah of summer. Labor Day weekend is upon us, and that means a variety of events over the course of a long weekend are happening across Northeast Ohio.
2018 Cleveland Air Show— Burke Lakefront Airport
It's a show going on all weekend up in the sky. The U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the Shockwave Jet truck just some of the show showstopping performances happening during this weekend-long event from Sept. 1 through the 3.

The Taste of Hudson
Be prepared to eat A LOT. Restaurants in Hudson will put their best dishes forward for hungry visitors to enjoy. Admission to the festival is free with all food and beverages on the culinary green available for purchase with cash or credit. Over 20 musical guests will join the entertainment lineup all weekend long. More info here.
Cleveland Oktoberfest 2018
Whether you have some German in you or not, Oktoberfest calls for a celebration of all things beer and German food. From Bavarian arts, and yes even Bavarian pretzels, to the Masskrugstemmen contest where contestants battle it out to see who can hold a one-liter stein with one arm the longest. It's a celebration everyone can enjoy. Find more info here.

Rock Hall Labor Day Weekend Events
Lunch by the Lake
Enjoy lunch with a view while listening to local duet One Gold Key, who plays original songs and renditions of your hit favorites. The Rock Hall will have a food and beer truck while listening to free music.
Friday, Aug. 31 from 12-2 p.m.
Believe in CLE Annual Yoga
Start the weekend off right with a free yoga practice session with the Rock Hall in the background. Afterward, enjoy live music and food on the plaza. Save your spot on the plaza here.
Rock Out to Free Live Music
On Saturday and Sunday, Clevelanders can listen to free music inside and outside of the Rock Hall. Free food and drink specials from featured trucks and craft beers from local breweries will be on site.

Sept. 2 from 2-4 p.m.— Damaged Pies
St. Rocco's Festival
Another Italian festival in Cleveland! The festival features casino games, carnival rides and even a greasy pole climb contest where participants attempt to climb a telephone pole covered in oil for a chance to win $1,000. More info here.

Geauga County Fair
Considered one of the oldest fairs in Ohio, the Geauga County Fair is the grand finale before the door to summer closes and the door to fall opens. Throughout the weekend of festivities, visitors can look forward to truck and tractor pulls, the broken horn rodeo and pig races, to name a few.
