CLEVELAND — General Hospital is permanently moving from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays on News 5 Cleveland.

The Tamron Hall Show will instead air at 2 p.m. weekdays on News 5.

This programming change will allow News 5 to continue to broadcast the first hour of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s news conferences on coronavirus and its impact on the state, which typically begin weekdays at 2 p.m., without pre-empting General Hospital, unless the decision is made to air the entire news conference due to critically important information or other extenuating circumstances.

The Tamron Hall Show will re-air overnight at about 1 a.m. on News 5.

News 5 had already moved General Hospital to 3 p.m. earlier this year temporarily to accommodate the state's daily briefings, but now the programming change is permanent, and you will always be able to watch new episodes of the popular daytime drama at that time.

You can also stream full episodes of General Hospital on ABC.com here. Note that you will need to sign in with a participating TV provider or subscribe to ABC Instant Access. Episode availability is subject to change.
