Guinness World Record attempt for largest dog photoshoot being held at Pinecrest

BEACHWOOD, Ohio — Calling all dog owners! On Saturday Aug. 3, bring your dog and make history at Pinecrestby making a Guinness World Record for the largest dog photoshoot.

The event, in partnership with organizations like Sanctuary for Senior Dogs and Buckeye Bulldogs, will include a dog playground, a doggie dessert station and pet caricaturists.

To participate in the dog photo attempt, all dogs owners need to know the following details:

  • All participating dogs must be at least 1 years old
  • Upon arrival in Central Park, head to the registration and photo area near future Red Steakhouse space where you dog will be individually photographed.
  • All dogs and their owners should arrive early to get photographed before the group photo at 4:30 p.m.
  • Each dog handler may only supervise one animal.
  • Dogs must be photographed with a completely natural appearance. Animals can't wear any attire and must not have any modifications beyond the standard grooming.
  • Standard gear for safe handling (removable collar and leash) is permitted. No animals may wear anything corrective such as a prong or shock collar.
