CLEVELAND — Cleveland Eats—a food festival showcasing Cleveland's culinary creations— is a thing of the past. The local chef-driven festival showcased the city's food scene.

Organizers confirmed through a Facebook post that the festival, which has been going on for two years, is canceled.

In the post, organizers said, "Thank you for your continued support of the Hospitality Management program at Tri-C. Together, we will continue to elevate Cleveland’s status as one of the nation’s top food cities."

The festival has helped provide scholarships and training to those who want to work in the region's restaurant renaissance.
