Available from Feb. 8-17, the Valentine's Day dinner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar combines a three-course menu, champagne and a gift from a jeweler for either him or her.

Tier 3 for $1,000
Three-course dinner for two, bottle of Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne and a surprise gift

The three-course menu includes:

  • Starter: Choice of mushroom bisque with truffle cream and thyme or beet salad with red onion, pistachios, Campari tomato, goat cheese and honey-lime vinaigrette
  • Entrée duo: Filet mignon plus a choice of North Atlantic lobster tail or colossal shrimp with herb-lemon butter sauce
  • Dessert: White chocolate bread pudding served with dark chocolate and raspberry infused whipped cream and topped with warm raspberry champagne sauce

A limited number of specials are available. To make your reservation, email flemingsreservations@tilsonpr.com and a reservation specialist will coordinate the details because if you're dropping one large on a single meal the restaurant better be all over every single detail that needs coordinating.
