CLEVELAND — Half Moon Bakery has been a dream in the making for husband-and-wife chefs Gerson Velasquez and Lyz Otero for more than five years.
That dream became reality this January when they opened the doors to their bakery and cafe serving up specialty empanadas and sweet treats.

Half Moon Bakery is located at 3460 West 25th St. in Cleveland, across from MetroHealth Medical Center.
