CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal crash after a car was struck by a Norfolk Southern train on West 111th Street in Cleveland Monday morning.
EMS and police responded to the 1300 block of West 111th Street.
A spokesperson for Cleveland EMS confirmed a 64-year-old female, later identified by the medical examiner as Karen A. Farley, died at the scene.

The crash has blocked West 117th Street, including additional intersections from Hird Avenue to West 110th Street.
