CLEVELAND — Patrick Payne, director of district operations at Brookdale Senior Living, stopped by the Spotlight 5 studios (virtually) to talk about how staff keep senior residents engaged during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Instead of going to the game room, residents will play games at a safe social distance from one another. The staff has also introduced virtual tools like Zoom and Skype to keep in touch with family and friends.
