Spotlight 5 returned to Windsor Heights Assisted Living to check out the healthy, delicious and diverse menu offered to residents.
Community Development Director Jason Welther explained that residents are served with restaurant-style dining. That means they come in, sit down, and have drinks and plated meals served to them. With homestyle meals prepared fresh in house, residents can customize their plates to their taste.
