CLEVELAND — Patrick Payne, director of district operations at Brookdale Senior Living, stopped by the Spotlight 5 studios (virtually) to talk about what makes Brookdale Senior Living different from other residential centers.
Payne said the associates and caregivers have compassion for what they do and the residents they serve.
