CLEVELAND — East 93rd Street will remained closed Monday between Bessemer and Health avenues due to pedestrian traffic around the mural, according to a spokesperson for Cleveland Police.

Over the weekend, a group of local artists painted a “Black Lives Matter” mural to bring a sense of hope, inspiration and community to the neighborhood.

“We thought this would be a great location to say, 'hey, Black Lives Matter and we all can come together, and you can drive down your street and see that message loud and clear,'” local artists Isaiah Washington said. “Its looking beautiful. I love the community’s support.”
