A group of Cleveland residents are fighting against what they call an illegal after-hours club operating in their neighborhood at all hours of the early morning.
The location is run by the Omens Motorcycle club on Holton Avenue on Cleveland's east side.
Residents showed newsnet5.com cell phone video depicting a large number of vehicles blocking neighborhood roadways, loud music, and large crowds outside the building.
Cleveland police confirm they have been called to the club on numerous occasions to break-up large parties and respond to a wide variety of disturbances.
Cleveland's zoning board has rejected two requests for changes that would allow events at the building, which has also been cited by housing court for potentially hazardous violations.
Currently the building is zoned as an auto repair shop.
Residents like Ebony Hall are wondering why the city continues to allow the large parties to go on.
"They are partying like crazy, on a Tuesday, blocking the whole street," said Hall.
"You got people using the bathroom outside, because they don't want to go in there to use the bathroom. You got people drinking liquor, you got people carrying guns. You can walk outside and see gun shot shells on the floor."
newsnet5.com attempted to reach club ownership, but so far there has been no response.
Club owners are set to appear in housing court on violations on May 25, but Hall believes the city should be doing much more.
"And the neighbors they're too scared to stay something, because like I said there's a whole lot of them and there is only a few of us," said Hall.
"This is also a neighborhood where people dump, also a neighborhood where people prostitute, that's the type of crowd that they're bringing. Vandalism, there's many a police reports of people's cars getting broken into."
