CANTON, Ohio — In an effort to make sure no child goes hungry while school is on a mandatory break to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, or COVID-19, Canton Local Schools is offering breakfast and lunch to anyone ages 1-18 in the Canton local community.

Canton Local Schools are offering five locations where a child can pick up breakfast and lunch “grab n’ go” style from March 16 through March 20.

"Due to limited resources, the mobile feeding menu will be restrictive and may not meet individual dietary needs. Please note: if your child has a food allergy, it is imperative that you attend the pick-up site with your child to ensure they do not consume foods they should not eat," the school said in a statement.

There are five locations where you can pick up meals for your child:
Waco Fire Station—1655 Waynesburg Drive Southeast
Vienna Woods—2920 Vienna Woods Avenue Southwest
Fohl Village—5600 Joleda Drive Southwest
The Canton Local Bus Garage Parking Lot—near Ridge Avenue
South Haven Trailer Park—2812 Cleveland Avenue Southwest
