CLEVELAND — To help its employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, Discount Drug Mart is offering bonuses to its hourly team members at stores and distribution centers, the store said in a news release.

For every hour worked by a team member, they will receive a lump sum payment equivalent to a $2.00 per hour increase to the base hourly rate.

The bonus will begin immediately and will be implemented until Monday, April 6 and will be paid to employees after April 6.

A representative from the store said team members must be actively employed at the time the bonus is paid out.

The store is working on a plan for salaried personnel.
