CLEVELAND — Those looking to get a COVID-19 test in Cleveland will be able to do so next week at a drive-thru pop-up location at the Metropolitan Campus of Cuyahoga Community College.

The testing is free through a partnership with Care Alliance Health Center and will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 8. Testing will run until 2 p.m. and will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Individuals who live in the area, as well as Tri-C students, faculty and staff will be able to get a free COVID-19 test at the drive-thru site.

In order to receive the test, a government-issued ID with a name and address are required and those with insurance are asked to bring their insurance card, although having insurance is not a requirement to receive a test.

Those looking to get tested are encouraged to arrive at least an hour before the site closes at 2 p.m.

Tri-C’s testing center will take place in the Lot 4 underground garage off Community College Avenue. The campus is located at 2900 Community College Ave.

Results of the tests are expected to be reported back to those who were tested within a week.
