CLEVELAND — Democrat Tim Ryan has won reelection for Ohio's 13th Congressional District against Republican challenger Christina Hagan.
Ohio's 13th Congressional District covers parts of Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull counties.
Ryan has held the seat since 2013.
