BEREA, Ohio — A new Baldwin Wallace poll has President Donald Trump with a two-point lead over Joe Biden in Ohio, which makes the state a toss-up, as the two-point lead falls within the margin of error. A BW poll released in late September also had the race in a dead heat.

The same poll has Biden ahead by seven points in Michigan, six points in Wisconsin and five points in Pennsylvania.

The results suggest the president’s performance in the first presidential debate didn’t help him, with many voters saying that Biden won. Few voters are undecided at this point, according to the poll.

More than half of the voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin disapprove of the job Trump is doing as president, compared to 45% of Ohioans who disapprove.

A majority of voters believe Biden will concede if Trump wins, while just one in four voters believe Trump will concede if Biden is declared the winner.
