Akron felon indicted for having guns and selling fentanyl

A 45-year-old Akron man has been indicted on multiple charges for allegedly having guns and was dealing drugs, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Carl Hundley Jr. was charged with being a felon in possession of firearms and distributing fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine, attorney's said.

On April 10, Hundley was found in possession of fentanyl, heroin and two handguns, according to authorities. On Aug. 9, Hudley was found in possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

Hundley is scheduled to appear in federal court later this month.
