Akron residents are fed up with the violence that Clutch Gentleman's club brings and are asking the city council to make changes.
“It’s scary to leave,” the manager of a local business said. “I never used to be. There are actual records of people being shot inside. I just want it to end; it’s stupid."
Shots fired near the club sent Cynthia Cave’s son to the hospital.
"I mean we've got people laid up with bullet wounds in them," said Cave. “He was shot in his leg by an AK-47 five times. Once in the shoulder. He's coming home like he's a disabled or wounded vet. They need to be shut down or they need to be monitored better. Something is going wrong."
Akron City Council said they will be holding a hearing regarding the club's future.
