Two people are in custody for the alleged fatal shooting an 18-year-old in Akron last week.
Charges of murder, felonious assault and aggravated robbery were filed against 18-year-old Tyler Morgan and a 16-year-old boy. Both are from Akron, police said.
The shooting happened around 7 p.m. on Feb. 13, near Herberich Street and Lovers Lane.
Authorities responded after they received a report of shots fired in the area. When they arrived, police found 18-year-old Shpetim Ramadani in the back seat of a Chrysler 300 with a gunshot wound.
Ramadani was transported to Akron City Hospital for treatment but later died from his injuries.
