The Summit County Medical Examiner and the Akron Police Department are investigating a shooting that took place on Tuesday night and left a man dead.
At approximately 7:00 p.m. a 23-year-old man was shot by an unknown suspect while in the 600 block of Roselle Avenue in Akron.
The man was transported to Akron General Medical Center where he died approximately a half hour later.
