One man is causing a lot of controversy in Akron.
The 25-year-old is walking around the city with a rifle strapped to his back and police say he's not a threat but not everyone feels the same way.
A nearly five minute video posted on Facebook shows outrage from a local business owner.
In the video, the owner of the barbershop Kangaroo Kutz confronts Daniel Kovacevic—the man carrying the gun.

The owner, Deone Slater, calls Kovacevic a threat, especially with University of Akron right across the street.
In the video, Kovacevic says he is just exercising his right to carry a firearm and wants to start a conversation.
Ohio is one of 31 states that allow the open carry of firearms.
Kovacevic's actions even caused people to voice concerns at a community meeting with council members Tuesday, according to our media partners at the Akron Beacon Journal.
Akron police say they are keeping an eye on him but they don't believe he is a threat.
The Facebook video of Kovacevic already has more than 5,000 views and 300 shares.
