NORTH CANTON, Ohio — North Canton police are investigating a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened around 12:15 a.m. in the 500 block of Hartman Street SE.
When officers arrived, they found a male lying in the driveway.
Police said he suffered a gunshot wound to the upper part of his body.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested Anthony Sisouphanh, 28, in Akron.
Sisouphanh was charged with murder and attempted murder.
