AKRON, Ohio — The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested a fugitive wanted on an aggravated murder charge for a homicide that happened last month in Akron.
Authorities say the suspect, Joseph Pinckney, 31, shot and killed Terrance Vandiver during a home invasion on Dec. 19 in the 800 block of Wall Street in Akron.
He was arrested on Tuesday.
