AKRON, Ohio — Akron police have closed roads and traffic is being delayed as authorities seek a fugitive at a home in the 1000 block of Kenmore Boulevard, according to the Akron Police Department.
Members of the Akron Police Department are assisting the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and are in a standoff with the individual on Kenmore Boulevard.
The scene is active and no arrests have been made at this time, police said.
Motorists in the area should be aware of possible road closures and expect delays, according to police.
