A 20-year-old man was arrested after a restaurant employee said her grade school crush threw a cup of urine on her at work.

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, 1200 S. Arlington St., Akron, on Dec. 27, according to a police report.

The victim told police that Jermonte D. Bailey, who was her grade school crush, threw a "Polar Pop of urine" on her while she was working at the Popeyes' drive-through, the report said.

Polar Pops come in sizes up to 44 ounces.

The man later confessed to police that he threw the urine on her because the woman had threatened his family on Facebook Live, according to the report.

Bailey was booked into Stark County Jail on an assault charge.
