The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating after a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle on the City's West Side Wednesday morning.
It happened at the intersection of West 114th Street and Franklin Boulevard.
According to police, 36-year-old Christian Carter was hit by a truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
