CLEVELAND — A car slammed into a Cleveland Public Power truck early Friday morning.
The crash happened after 3 a.m.
Crews were working in an underground vault at Pearl and Hemminger roads when one of their parked trucks was hit.
No one was inside the truck at the time of the crash.
It is unknown if the driver of the vehicle was injured.
