SANDUSKY, Ohio — Looking for a great way to spend the Fourth of July and still be a responsible Ohioan by social distancing? Cedar Point has you covered. And the best part? It’s all for a good cause.
On July 4, Cedar Point will “Light Up The Point” with a fireworks extravaganza while you enjoy the show from the comfort of your own vehicle in the park’s main parking lot. In addition to the spectacular sights and explosive sounds, you can tune in to 102.7 FM and be serenaded with patriotic music.
There is a $20 entrance fee for each vehicle, and the proceeds from the evening will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio, the Sandusky State Theatre and OHGO.
If you plan on attending, you’ll need to buy advanced tickets. You can do so, here.
The tollbooths open at 8 p.m. The event starts at 10 p.m. Cedar Point is located at 1 Cedar Point Drive, Sandusky, 44870.
