CLEVELAND — Cleveland Police are investigating a shooting that sent a 13-year-old boy to the hospital.
The shooting happened Monday night on Bosworth Road.
The teen suffered gunshot wounds to his chest and his arm.
His condition is unknown at this time.
Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call police.
