CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a shooting that left a teenager dead.
Police were called to the 12600 block of Gay Avenue.
Officials found a 14-year-old boy suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest and leg.
He was transported to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, where he later died.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
