Cleveland firefighters had to rescue two people from an SUV after it crashed into a building on East 79th Street.
Car parts were scattered across the street, and sidewalks as firefighters tore into the car to rescue the men.
It took firefighters around 40 minutes to get the roof off the SUV to save the driver.
Firefighters said two men were transported to the hospital, including a 60-year-old in serious condition.
