A 4-year-old was transported to the hospital after a shooting in Downtown Cleveland.
The shooting happened a little after 2 a.m. at an apartment complex on East 13th Street.
Cleveland EMS said the 4-year-old was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The shooting is under investigation.
