Cleveland Police issued an Amber Alert early Tuesday morning for two children they believe were taken by their mother.
Police said the children were taken by their mother 28-year-old Arriel Rose Bryant. Police say Bryant is wanted for the killing of the children's father last night and is considered to be armed and dangerous.
"My main concern is the whereabouts of my grandchildren. Flat out," said Kelly's father.

Police responded to a home on Alhambra Road around 8:15 p.m. last night. They found 30-year-old Richard Kelly dead inside the home with multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators say there was an argument between the suspect and the victim. The suspect then shot the victim and left with their two kids in a vehicle. The vehicle was later found, but no one was inside it.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Armani or Anijah Kelly is asked to call 911.
