CLEVELAND — Crews were called to Flats East Bank late Thursday morning after a body was spotted floating in the water.
Cleveland police, Cleveland EMS, Cleveland fire and the U.S. Coast Guard all responded to the scene.
Authorities said the body is that of a 76-year-old man. His identity has not been released.
