CLEVELAND — A United flight headed from Cleveland to Fort Lauderdale was diverted back to Hopkins Airport on Sunday due to a hydraulic leak.

According to an airport spokesperson, the plane landed safely.

Some of the fluid spilled to the runway and had to be cleaned up, a spokesperson said.

No passengers were injured and no other safety issues were reported.
