A Cleveland man was indicted in federal court on Thursday for allegedly filming underage girls engaged in sexually explicit acts.
Miguel L. Wheeler, 33, was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and possessing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, between Feb. 13 and July 25 2018, Wheeler "produced numerous images" of a minor taking part in sexual acts. Authorities said they located a cell phone with various other images of child pornography in Wheeler's possession.
