CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have made an arrest in the death of a woman in 2018.
Police said Jamal Kukla, 26, was arrested Wednesday for the death of Jasmine Washington.
Authorities said Washington's body was found in the 5900 block of Engle Avenue near Broadway Christian Church on Sept. 17, 2018.
Police said she sustained blunt force trauma to her head.
It is unknown if a court date has been set for Kukla.
