CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on the city's West Side Thursday night.
The shooting happened at 7 p.m. in the 3600 block of West 102nd Street.
Police located a 35-year-old man and immediately administered first aid to him.
The male was transported to MetroHealth Cleveland Medical Center, where he later died.
Preliminary information revealed an unknown male entered the residence, shot the victim and fled from the area.
The shooting remains under investigation.
