Cleveland police are looking for a missing endangered adult who has not been since Sept.13.
Michael Jarem, 28, is about 5-feet-10 inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and a beard. According to authorities, Jarem is a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Cleveland police or 911.
